Step in the doors of Nastia's studio and enjoy a 2-hour ceramics workshop!Ā
If you've always been fascinated by the art of glazing and want to unleash your creativity on some beautiful pieces, this workshop is perfect for you.
In this workshop, Nastia Ceramist will guide you through the process of glazing some amazing ceramic objects that she has prepared for you. You'll have a choice of a bowl or a mug to decorate and make your own. And if you've taken the first workshop with Nastia and created your own masterpiece, you'll have the opportunity to glaze it as well!
During the workshop, you'll be introduced to "engobes" - a special clay-based paint used on "greenware" - a raw clay, and learn how to apply shiny or matte glazes to finish off your pieces. With Nastia's guidance and invaluable tips and tricks, you'll be amazed at the beauty you can create.
All materials and firings are included. And don't worry, you'll be able to collect your creations two weeks later to proudly display at home once they've been baked in the oven.

With a decade of experience studying and creating art, Nastia's passion for ceramics shines through in every piece she makes. Her unique style, featuring charming animals with loads of personality, makes each creation entirely one-of-a-kind.
But Nastia isn't just an exceptional artist - she's also a gifted communicator who loves to share her knowledge with others. That's why she offers "Introduction to Ceramics" workshops at her studio, Calaca Ceramic Art. These workshops provide a hands-on opportunity to learn hand-building techniques, including coil and slab methods. Participants will also experiment with "engobes," a clay-based paint, using the sgraffito and slip-trailing techniques to decorate their creations.
Through Nastia's workshops, aspiring ceramists can learn from an experienced professional and create something truly beautiful and unique.
