Amsterdam

This artisan, with a diverse and rich background in the arts, brings a unique blend of skills and expertise to her craft. Having majored in Architectural Design, Interior & Furniture Design at art school, she possesses a deep understanding of design principles and aesthetics. Her education was further enriched at the Wood & Furniture College, where she learned the practical aspects of furniture making, adding a hands-on dimension to her design knowledge.

In addition to her design education, she completed a course in Professional Artist in the Classroom (BIK), equipping her with specialised skills in art and cultural education. This diverse educational background enables her to approach her work with a multifaceted perspective, blending creativity with practicality.

Her artistic repertoire extends to creating (Re Design) accessories for both the body and home, including bags, lamps, jewellery, stationary, and DIY kits. These creations are a testament to her versatility and ability to apply her design skills to a variety of mediums and purposes.

Passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills, she conducts workshops for both children and adults. These workshops, which can be held in her studio or at a location of the participant's choosing, are tailored to cater to a range of skills and interests. Whether it's at a school, BSO, or an event, her workshops provide an opportunity for participants to learn different techniques and explore their creativity.

Her workshops are designed to be inclusive, suitable for all levels of experience, from beginners to those with more experience in creative work. She places a strong emphasis on providing ample guidance, ensuring that each participant can work at their own pace and gain the most from the experience. This approach makes her workshops a nurturing space for learning new skills and expressing creativity.
