Meet Frédéric & Jean-Michel.

Frédéric is a professional, master brewer and sommelier, but above all a beer fanatic! He knows everything about the biosynthesis of a good beer.

At night, he becomes an expert in Latin dance and performs the tango like crazy!

His brewing story began in Argentina, in Buenos Aires. He started with a few homemade beers to compensate for the lack of Belgian beers in Latin America. One thing leading to another, his small brewery became a huge success and he created his own Belgian brand in Argentina. Upon his return to Belgium, he continued with the same concept, but with special beers and the help of some friends.

Frédéric now works with Jean-Michel, a permaculture expert, amateur botanist and official taster!

Together, they manage their innovative microbrewery and dream of having their own Brewpub as well as a creation and meeting centre for beer lovers, artisans, artists and musicians.
