Meet Serge & Alexis.

Alexis has been passionate about brewing and distilling since the age of 15. He embarked on a brewery project with a friend, and in 2019 he opened a distillery in partnership with his dad, Serge.

Serge is retired and fascinated by distillery, so it was natural he joined forces with his son in this adventure!

Their production is part of a local approach. They work with other local artisans to develop original spirits derived from grapes or beers for example. 

The idea behind their workshops? To meet new people and share the mysteries of distillation! 

Serge welcomes attendees in an unusual workshop at the bottom of a courtyard - a former garage transformed into a distillery with a superb still. Note: wrap up warm!
