The workshop in detail

  • 3h
  • 15 years min.
  • 1 to 2 participants
  • Join Bex for a workshop where you'll learn how to make your own bowl on the pottery wheel.

The experience starts with a warm welcome in Bex's studio where you'll be greeted with a cup of tea or coffee. She will introduce herself and give you a brief overview of her studio and the tools you'll be using during the session.

Bex will then demonstrate how to use the wheel and show you the basic techniques you'll need to create your bowl. After the demonstration, it's your turn! With Bex's guidance, you'll take turns using the wheel to create your own unique bowl.

When you're finished, Bex will glaze and fire your bowl. Your finished piece will be ready for collection in 4-6 weeks. If you prefer, you can have it posted to you for a small additional fee payable on the day.

This workshop offers a relaxed and supportive environment to explore pottery!
