The workshop in detail
TEAM WORKSHOP: Take part in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.
Come along for an afternoon of caffeinated fun! Thomas will be delighted to welcome your team for an unusual visit to the Belgian capital, combining fun, discovery and coffee tasting. Together, you'll immerse yourself in the fascinating world of speciality coffee with this enthusiast, who will share his knowledge with you every step of the way.
During this Discovery Coffee Tour, your team will visit several local businesses, innovative venues and coffee bars in Brussels. You'll have the opportunity to discover all facets of coffee, from preparation to tasting and quality control. Everyone's tastes and preferences will be catered for: strong, long, filter, milky, cold, fancy, traditional or even experimental coffee... there is something for everyone!Â
At the end of this enriching visit, your team will know more about speciality coffee, its terroirs and the values that surround it. From plantation to cup, you'll discover the different links in the production chain, while forging unique bonds with your colleagues. You'll also leave with practical tips on how to enjoy a good cup of coffee at home... or in the office! Note on additional services: If you would like to add any personalised services, such as extra activities or souvenirs related to the workshop, please don't hesitate to ask. The artisan will be able to adjust the quote accordingly.

Coffee Expert
"One bean at a time": if you're familiar with this motto, know that Thomas has wholeheartedly embraced it! This independent consultant has undergone training with the Specialty Coffee Association while gaining experience in France, Poland, Belgium, and Estonia. He then flew to New York, where he worked for two years as an advisor and trainer.
Returning to Europe in 2020, Thomas launched his own project, OK Coffee, dedicated to promoting and educating on specialty coffee. His goal? To inform and connect coffee enthusiasts with new trends and sustainable practices in the industry.
As a true expert in the world of black gold, Thomas enjoys exploring it in his own way, through a road trip in Ethiopia or by conducting masterclasses on gentle methods. Calm and passionate, he now wants to share his passion and elevate the status of this under-appreciated culinary field, which is still too often undervalued.
