The workshop in detail
WORKSHOP DESIGNED FOR A TEAM: Participate in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.Immerse yourself in the world of beer and cider through a fun workshop combining discovery, tasting and team challenge! Alexis will welcome you and guide you through this unique experience where brewing know-how meets the competitive spirit.
After an initial discussion and team-building session, it's time for a quick quiz. Production, global consumption, local history and the secrets of fermentation... Test your knowledge and earn points for your team!
Next, Alexis will take you behind the scenes of beer production, illustrated with images and accompanied by a tour of the cellar, where he will explain his approach and the specifics of his work.
Then comes the long-awaited moment: the blind tasting. Three beers or ciders are offered and each team has to match the right flavours with a list of words. The competition is fierce, but always in good humour, accompanied by a cheese platter to enhance the flavours.
Finally, it's time for the results! The winning team is announced and rewarded, before enjoying a moment of sharing and conviviality around the tasting.
An ideal team building event that combines fun, learning and team building!Note on additional services: If you wish to add extra services, please specify in your request and the artisan will adjust the quote accordingly.Â

Brewer
Alexis is a passionate craft brewer who has turned his love of beer and fermented beverages into a career! After seven years of experience, Alexis set up his own brewery to produce unique beers that defy market standards.
It took Alexis two years to get his project off the ground. Today, he's making a name for himself with a new range of wild experiments: beers fermented for a long time in oak barrels, giving them an inimitable acidity and woody flavour. His artisanal approach is inspired by a manifesto that prioritises ecology and resilience. In winter, he naturally controls fermentation temperatures to ensure his creations respect the seasons.
But that's not all! Alexis is also a baker. Together with his partner, he makes natural sourdough bread, which he uses to ferment his beer. This gives an extra dimension to his products.
Recently, he has also explored the world of winemaking, taking a course in Alsace to broaden his knowledge.
For Alexis, every sip of beer is an invitation to discover new flavours and appreciate the richness of carefully sourced local ingredients. His commitment to creating unique and authentic products has made him a key player in the world of craft beer!
