TEAM WORKSHOP: Take part in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.
Play with your senses with Lamia!
She'll bring you together for a fun and interactive olfactory experience based on scents.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by the expert, who will take the time to introduce you to the basics of her expertise.
Then it's time for your sensory exploration! You'll start by smelling the essences blind and trying to guess their origin. Each fragrance is accompanied by an explanation of its history, origin and the part of the plant used. You'll also develop your vocabulary to describe the scents.
The workshop is interspersed with quizzes and tests to create a fun atmosphere. You'll even be able to work in pairs to stimulate discussion and create a more sociable atmosphere.
At the end of the workshop, you'll go home with a few sheets of paper and a handout containing all the information about the fragrances you've explored.

Workshop location
Lamia's workshop is located in the European district of Brussels, a stone's throw from Ambiorix Square. It can be reached by various bus lines (27-61-60-63) and the metro (Schuman station).

Meet Lamia
Perfumer
As a child, Lamia was highly sensitive and creative, and spent much of her time in the family garden, observing nature and taking care of its plants. Her first experience of olfactory pleasure ultimately dates back to the time when she started collecting colognes, which she mixed in order to create new scents.Ā
After secondary school, however, she decided to study law and pursue a career as an international lawyer. It was much further down the line that she decided to listen to her heart and join the world of perfumes and fragrance.Ā
She treated herself to a perfumery workshop and the rest is history!Ā
Initially self-taught, she refined her skills with perfumers who were passionate about their art and also took courses in aromatherapy and olfactotherapy.Ā
Art was always a major inspiration, so she combined her perfumery training with studies at the Royal Institute of Art History. Scents are an olfactory prism through which we perceive the world, and today Lamia combines her love of perfumes and creating authentic fragrances with passing on her expertise.
