Wecandoo - Meet Buttress and Snatch

    Meet Buttress and Snatch

    Underwear Designer

Meet Rachel, a celebrated lingerie designer based in Walthamstow, East London, whose creativity has been turning heads since the 90s.

Back when rave culture was in full swing, Rachel first started designing lingerie at university, inspired by the trend of wearing underwear as outerwear. This sparked her unique brand, Buttress and Snatch, which has been making waves ever since.

Rachel is deeply committed to sustainable, slow fashion, meticulously crafting each piece in a bespoke, zero-waste, one-size-fits-all process. She believes that fashion should be both joyful and personal - a philosophy that shines through in her work and in the connection she forges with each client. Her stunning designs can be found in high-end stores such as Annie's Ibiza, but her East London studio is where the magic really happens. It's a beautiful place of creativity where Rachel brings each bespoke piece to life.
