Join Sheena in her bright studio for a detailed leather working class.
In this workshop Sheena will guide you through the art of working with fine leather; cutting, stitching, and assembling techniques as you create elegant accessories.
You'll choose from a range of colours and mark patterns on supple leather to make your bag before discovering the precision of cutting and shaping edges with specialised tools.
Sheena will teach you how to punch holes, secure them with copper rivets, and assemble straps, handles, and buckles.
You can also add an internal pocket and stamp your initials using a specialised machine. She shares insights on ethical practices, using naturally-tanned leather for sustainability.
