    With chef Dhvani you'll learn how to make decorated pasta with edible flowers that add elegance and unique flavours to your dish. She'll show you how to press delicate edible flowers into the dough, creating stunning patterns as you make your pasta.Ā 

    Next, you'll add colour to your pasta using natural ingredients such as spinach, beetroot, turmeric and squid ink.Ā 

    Throughout the course, you will learn the stories and traditions behind each pasta shape and colour, connecting you to the heart of Italy's culinary heritage. In the end, you'll leave with beautiful handmade pasta and new skills to add a creative, personal touch to your holiday gatherings!
