  • TEAM WORKSHOP: Take part in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.

    Add a new dimension to your coffee breaks with Camille!

    She invites you to immerse yourself in the delicate world of porcelain casting, where everyone will have the privilege of creating their own unique cup.

    As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted over a cup of tea or coffee for a convivial moment. The expert will take the time to introduce you to the history of porcelain and the techniques used to make it.

    Then get your hands dirty! Each participant will be able to create his or her own mug, choosing the colours. Camille will be at your side throughout the process to help you master the pouring technique and the essential gestures.

    As an optional extra, you can take part in a fun quiz to challenge your preconceptions about porcelain. You can also enjoy a snack or aperitif made with local produce to extend the experience (extra charge).

    At the end of the workshop, everyone will leave with their own pretty mug, ready to brighten up your workspace!

    Camille's studio is located in the 18th arrondissement of Paris, a few steps from the BarbĂšs - Rochechouard and ChĂąteau Rouge metro stations.

    This place is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

    Practical information

    To take part in this workshop, plan to wear comfortable clothing suitable for practising and cleaning up at the end of the workshop, such as leggings or trousers. It's also a good idea to keep your fingernails short and your hair tied back. Finally, if you can, remember to bring your own apron.

    Please note that there is a risk of breakage during the firing process. These are the hazards of the trade and the craftsman is not responsible for them.

    Wecandoo - Meet Camille

    Meet Camille

    Artisan CĂ©ramiste

    Camille travaille tout d'abord dans un cabinet comptable s'occupant de professions artistiques. Puis, elle décide de se réorienter en se formant aux Beaux Arts de Paris à l'ùge de 26 ans, spécialité sculpture en céramique. Elle poursuit ce parcours artistique à Limoges et en Chine et apprend peu à peu à travailler la porcelaine, le modelage et le moulage.

    En parallÚle, elle suit des projets culture handicap et s'intéresse à l'accessibilité des contenus artistiques. De retour en région parisienne, elle travaille à Aubervilliers dans un atelier collectif monté avec des amis plasticiens et artistes contemporains. Son travail se dirige principalement sur la fabrication d'objets utilitaires en porcelaine.

    Aujourd'hui, elle lance son propre projet d'atelier-boutique dans le 18e, accessible aux personnes Ă  mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite, oĂč elle vous accueille avec joie pour vous transmettre son savoir-faire !
