    Get your taste buds tingling with Laure, Mathieu and their team!

    They'll bring you together for a festive and sparkling break where you'll have the privilege of discovering delicious combinations of cheese and bubbles.

    As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by the experts, who will take the time to introduce you to the basics of their expertise in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

    Then set off to discover the perfect match between 6 cheeses and 4 carefully selected sparkling wines. Together, you'll have the chance to explore new flavours and come up with new ideas for your festive meals.

    Guided by passionate chefs, you'll learn how to combine textures and aromas by tasting each pairing. Then you'll discover the tricks of the trade to make the most of these products and surprise your guests all year round!

    Laure's studio is a stone's throw from the Strasbourg-Saint-Denis and ChĂąteau d'Eau metro stations.

    This place is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

    Meet Laure, Mathieu et leur Ă©quipe

    Fromagers

    AprĂšs ses Ă©tudes de communication, Laure apprend le mĂ©tier de fromagĂšre auprĂšs de Rodolophe Le Meunier et de Laurent Dubois, tous deux Meilleurs Ouvriers de France. 

    En 2015, elle fonde sa propre structure avec Mathieu, diplÎmé d'un master de marketing et également passionné par l'univers du fromage.

    Soucieux de soutenir la filiÚre des fromages fermiers au lait cru, tous deux proposent dans leur boutique plus de 200 références triées sur le volet, ainsi que des créations fromagÚres originales, et des accords surprenants, avec des plantes sauvages, des épices, des fruits ou des légumes frais.

    Amoureux de leur métier et trÚs pédagogues, Laure, Mathieu et leur équipe animent réguliÚrement des ateliers d'initiation ou des masterclasses, à destination de tous les amateurs ou novices en matiÚre de fromage : avis aux gourmands !
