Join Bernet for an advanced cyanotype workshop where you'll learn different techniques to create your own unique blue-toned prints.
Over the course of 4 sessions you will learn how to apply a photosensitive solution to paper, which can be painted into a specific shape or form. You'll also learn how to create your own negatives, either from photographs or by drawing and painting directly onto transparent paper. This step allows you to incorporate your own designs into the process.
You'll also work with stencils, experiment with double printing and adjust exposure times to see how these variables affect the final result.
This workshop is practical and straightforward, with clear instructions and guidance at every step. This workshop offers a structured approach to learning advanced cyanotype techniques, with a focus on developing your skills and creating a finished piece to take home! You'll make several prints during the different workshops.Ā
