  • WORKSHOP DESIGNED FOR A TEAM: Participate in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.

    Join Caterina for an immersive team building experience that brings Greek flavours to life. Starting with a welcome drink and light snacks, your team will gather as Caterina introduces the ingredients and culinary traditions you'll be exploring. Each participant will be provided with everything from aprons to utensils as you dive into the creation of a three-course meal, all guided by Caterina's expertise.

    The culinary journey begins with Koulouri Thessalonikis, a traditional Greek sesame bagel. Your team will roll and shape the dough, which will be served with freshly made tzatziki and a vibrant beetroot dip. Caterina will reveal the secrets of these popular dishes so that everyone can learn Greek cooking techniques.

    The main course, Chicken Kléftiko, is a traditional dish of tender chicken, vegetables and potatoes wrapped and baked together for flavourful simplicity. Your team can opt for a vegetarian alternative to ensure everyone has something to enjoy, accompanied by a fresh green salad.

    For dessert, Caterina will lead your team in making delicious filo flutes filled with chocolate praline and hazelnuts - a sweet, practical end to the workshop that will bring out everyone's creative flair.

    This workshop is a chance for colleagues to relax, socialise and work together while celebrating the art of Greek cuisine. It's the perfect blend of culinary exploration and team spirit, leaving each participant with treasured memories and newfound skills.

    Caterina's journey from translator and writer to restaurateur is deeply rooted in her family's love of food. Growing up in a household where cooking was a cherished tradition passed down through generations, she absorbed the essence of Greek cuisine from her mother, grandmothers and great-grandmothers. Food wasn't just sustenance, it was an expression of love and culture that shaped Caterina's culinary skills from an early age.

    Despite initially pursuing a career in education and languages, a moment in Amsterdam rekindled Caterina's passion for entrepreneurship. Inspired by her love of olive oil and a desire to share authentic Greek cuisine, she embarked on a three-year journey to create Olivity. Through meticulous planning and unwavering determination, Olivity was born, offering not only food, but a gateway to the rich cultural heritage of Greece.

    Caterina finds joy in watching others embrace the process of creating delicious dishes and discovering the flavours of Greece. If you're ready for an authentic taste of Greek cuisine and a journey through centuries of tradition, Caterina is waiting with open arms and plates full of delights!
