Welcome to Christof's lovely workshop for an immersion into the world of woodcarving!
After a short presentation of the artisan's workshop, he will take the time to give you a theoretical overview of the wood varieties, the techniques used and the sculptor's tools he uses on a daily basis, such as knives, gouges and wood chisels.
Armed with your new knowledge, you will choose the design of your cutlery and draw their structure on the wood.
Then, chip by chip, you will learn how to give shape to your creations thanks to the good advice of Christof.
After a few finishing touches, you will leave with your new design cutlery, easy to use in everyday life!

Meet Christof
Sculptor Wood and Stone
Christof is an artisan and artist with a passion for sculpture.
He trained for 4 years in drawing, painting and graphic design at a German "Hochschule". He then worked with young people in schools to help them discover their creativity and create artisanal and artistic works.
At the same time, he joined various academies near Antwerp and continued to practice his art in realistic drawing, body drawing, lithography and linocut.
After years of drawing, he returned to one of his formative passions: sculpture. Today, wood and stone are transformed under his hands!
He welcomes you with enthusiasm in his pretty wooden cabin to transmit his passion!

Zeer leuke workshop met vakkundige leraar, de passie druipt ervan af. Heel gastvrije, gepassioneerde vakman die iedere deelnemer op maat begeleidt, ongeacht de leeftijd. Wij (volwassene met 3 kinderen) vonden het geweldig en ik denk de leraar ook.
