    Initiate yourself in the art of pizza making as a group alongside Roger, Simon and Thibault !

    When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by this passionate artisan.Ā 

    Right from the start, you'll be immersed in the fascinating world of sourdough, the magical ingredient that transforms dough into the perfect base for your pizzas.

    After a theoretical presentation, you'll be divided into teams to learn how to knead and shape the dough.Ā 

    Then it's time to get creative! You'll each make your own pizza, choosing from a variety of fresh and delicious toppings.

    At the end of the workshop, you'll enjoy your freshly baked pizzas together, accompanied by a glass of wine, in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.Ā 

    You'll leave with memories of this gourmet moment and a desire to reproduce the recipe at home!Ā

    Baker

    It's a long love story between Roger, bread and his friends! 

    An active member of the cooperative since 2018, this passionate artisan works in collaboration with certified bakers and patissiers. 

    After starting with temporary studios on the outskirts of Brussels, they moved into their own premises in 2020.

    Their goal? To supply the neighbourhood with quality sourdough bread, while promoting their commitment to fair trade and artisanal baking. They use pure, organic and local flours, with no additives, to produce bread that is both healthy and authentic.

    Meet Roger, Simon and Thibault and immerse yourself in a world where bread is much more than just food: it's a true symbol of sharing and tradition!
