Hot off the press! Treat your taste buds with Yannick!
He'll introduce you to the fascinating world of fermentation, where you'll have the privilege of creating your own hot sauces.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by the expert, who will take the time to share his story and the basics of his know-how. You'll discover the intricacies of the different types of chilli and have the chance to taste them... if you dare!
After this spicy introduction, it's time to get serious! As a group, you will select and prepare the chillies that will form the basis of your recipe. Yannick will take you step by step through the process of making your sauce, showing you how to balance the flavours and achieve the perfect texture.
At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with your own jar of hot sauce, ready to spice up your dishes and impress your friends and family!Additional Services Note: If you would like to add any additional services, please specify in your request and the artisan will adjust the quote. For example, if you'd like to extend the experience, you could opt for a team lunch (+ âŹ20 per person) or dinner (+ âŹ30 per person) with a 100% fermented, homemade vegetarian menu. The menu includes fermented vegetables, vegetarian dips, homemade bread, salads and stews. Drinks are also available (âŹ3 per person for a non-alcoholic drink and âŹ6 per person for an alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink).

Practical information
Cet atelier est proposĂŠ en français, en nĂŠerlandais et en anglais. L'artisan adaptera la langue dâanimation de lâatelier en fonction des participants prĂŠsents.
Si vous souhaitez prolonger lâexpĂŠrience, optez pour un dĂŠjeuner (+ 20 euros par personne) ou un dĂŽner (+ 30 euros par personne) en ĂŠquipe autour dâun menu vĂŠgĂŠtarien 100% fermentĂŠ et fait maison. Au menu, vous aurez l'occasion de savourer des lĂŠgumes fermentĂŠs, des dips vĂŠgĂŠtariens, du pain fait maison, des salades et des plats mijotĂŠs. Les boissons pourront ĂŠgalement vous ĂŞtre proposĂŠes (3 euros par personne pour une boisson non alcoolisĂŠe et 6 euros par personne pour une boisson alcoolisĂŠe et une boisson non alcoolisĂŠe).
Fermentation Specialist
It was in 2017 that Yannick decided to switch careers and start his own business, with a desire to share his passion for fermentation.Â
He wants to test all the possibilities that fermentation has to offer, moving beyond the popular classics such as beer, bread, or kombucha. He therefore performed various experiments with vegan charcuterie, miso, and even vinegar. A passionate convert, but also very socially engaged, he uses only local products.Â
His openness and his teaching ability allow him to transmit his passion through his own workshop, sharing all the mysteries of fermentation!
