  • TEAM WORKSHOP: Take part in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.Treat your colleagues to a unique experience where conviviality and team spirit are at the heart of the workshop. Guided by Antoine, you'll discover the secrets of making a delicious pizza, from preparing the dough to tasting it.

    The workshop begins with a warm welcome over coffee, the perfect opportunity to chat and get in the mood. Antoine will then take you on a tour of the farm, explaining its history and agricultural practices, exploring the different crops and meeting the animals on the educational farm. This time of sharing will give your team a better understanding of the link between local produce and its use in cooking.

    Then it's time for the practical! Working in pairs, you'll learn how to make homemade pizza dough under Antoine's expert guidance. Once the dough is ready, you can get creative and make your own pizza using the ingredients provided. Depending on the season, you'll even be able to pick aromatic herbs, tomatoes or courgettes straight from the farm's gardens to add a personal, local touch to your creations.

    When the pizzas are ready, they head to the wood-fired ovens for a traditional baking process that brings out all the flavours. Finally, the moment you've all been waiting for: the team tasting, in a warm, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for sharing and good humour!Note on additional services: If you would like to add any additional services, please specify this in your request and the artisan will adapt the quote.

    Producteurs

    Antoine, fils d’une famille d’agriculteurs des portes de la Beauce, a grandi entourĂ© de champs cĂ©rĂ©aliers et de traditions rurales. Pourtant, il n’a jamais voulu choisir entre cette terre natale et l’effervescence de la ville. C’est ainsi qu’est nĂ©e son envie de construire un pont entre ces deux mondes, et de transmettre sa passion pour l’agriculture en plein cƓur de la ville.

    AprÚs un passage formateur à la Bergerie Nationale de Rambouillet, Antoine a posé ses bottes à la Ferme Ouverte de Saint-Denis. Avec son équipe de passionnés, il y a trouvé le lieu idéal pour partager savoir-faire, valeurs, et histoire agricole avec les habitants et visiteurs.

    Loin d’ĂȘtre une simple ferme, cet espace vivant est un vĂ©ritable laboratoire d’éducation et de transmission. AccompagnĂ© par une Ă©quipe dynamique et pĂ©dagogique, Antoine organise des activitĂ©s oĂč petits et grands dĂ©couvrent les gestes de l’agriculture, du maraĂźchage Ă  l’élevage, tout en comprenant les enjeux modernes de l’alimentation durable.

    FidĂšles Ă  des principes Ă©thiques, Antoine et son Ă©quipe travaillent main dans la main avec les structures locales et privilĂ©gient les circuits courts. CertifiĂ©e bio pour sa production maraĂźchĂšre, la ferme incarne un ancrage fort dans son territoire tout en valorisant l’agriculture respectueuse de l’environnement.
