    On the agenda, you'll delve into the complete theory behind macaroons. You'll learn to master the recipe for macaroon shells and their fillings to achieve gourmet macaroons that are smooth and adorned with a perfect frill.

    Then, let yourself be guided in the art of preparing the ganache and become familiar with the piping technique to bring your treats to life.

    The pastry chef will share with you the fundamentals of pastry as well as recipes that you can easily adapt into your own pastry creations.

    Finally, participate in a question and answer session over a complimentary drink to enhance your experience.

    At the end of the workshop, you'll depart with your delicious macaroons, ready to savour or share with your loved ones without hesitation!

    Eager to share her expertise, the pastry chef hosts workshops for the general public where she shares her pastry tricks, as well as delightful moments in an enthusiastic and warm atmosphere.
