At the end of the workshop, you will leave with a coffee bag and beautiful memories!

    Meet Harold and his team

    Coffee Roaster

Harold has two great passions in life: mechanics and cooking.

Her mother is an outstanding cook, with whom he has always enjoyed spending time behind the stove. It is with her that he first developed his palate and his knowledge in the field.Ā

Today, he continues to do so through his work as a coffee roaster and through his contact with his clients and friends in the HoReCa (hotel, restaurant and cafe business).Ā

His mechanical skills are a valuable asset that he regularly uses to understand and operate all the machinery required to roast, grind and extract coffee.

He bought CORICA in 2011 and learned the basics of his trade from the previous roaster. This Brussels-based SME has been around for a long time and Harold is very happy to continue to develop it, both in terms of the coffees selected (they also have an importer status) and the technologies employed.

This beautiful craft is constantly evolving and offers a rewarding complexity to any curious mind!
