    Each session will be dedicated to a theme of the day, which you can explore in the calendar.

    At the heart of your gourmet adventure, you will master the secrets of homemade gluten-free choux pastry and craquelin.

    You will also learn to prepare a delicious gluten-free cream before mastering the piping and glazing techniques to bring your gourmet creations to life.

    The pastry expert will share her tips and recipes that you can easily incorporate into your own creations.

    To enhance your experience, a beverage will be provided for you to enjoy a convivial and relaxing moment.

    At the end of the workshop, you will leave with your own pastries, ready to melt in your mouth, and of course, with no compromises!

    This pastry lover prioritises seasonal ingredients for her delectable creations. She has become an expert in the field of gluten-free pastry, paving the way for a both healthy and delicious approach.

    Eager to share her expertise, the pastry chef hosts workshops for the general public where she shares her pastry tricks, as well as delightful moments in an enthusiastic and warm atmosphere.
