    For each workshop, you'll explore a unique theme, to be discovered in the calendar.

    During your adventure, you'll learn to master the recipe for gluten-free tart dough. Then, you'll become familiar with the technique of lining tartlet molds. You'll also have the opportunity to prepare the filling (whether it's almond, lemon, or another flavor) as well as the coulis or meringue that will enhance your daily delights.

    Enhance your culinary skills with techniques and recipes that you can use in your own gourmet creations.

    During the workshop, you can also enjoy a complimentary beverage to add to this convivial moment.

    In the end, you'll leave with your two seasonal tarts, as healthy as they are deliious! Get ready to indulge in a light and tasty treat!

    This pastry lover prioritises seasonal ingredients for her delectable creations. She has become an expert in the field of gluten-free pastry, paving the way for a both healthy and delicious approach.

    Eager to share her expertise, the pastry chef hosts workshops for the general public where she shares her pastry tricks, as well as delightful moments in an enthusiastic and warm atmosphere.
