    During your adventure, you'll learn to master the recipe for gluten-free tart dough. Then, you'll become familiar with the technique of lining tartlet molds. You'll also have the opportunity to prepare the filling (whether it's almond, lemon, or another flavor) as well as the coulis or meringue that will enhance your daily delights.

    Enhance your culinary skills with techniques and recipes that you can use in your own gourmet creations.

    Eager to share her expertise, the pastry chef hosts workshops for the general public where she shares her pastry tricks, as well as delightful moments in an enthusiastic and warm atmosphere.
