  • Beer or bread? You don't know what to choose? Then this combo workshop is for you! 

    In 1h30, Boris and his team will offer you a workshop in 2 parts. First of all, you will take the time to visit the Mazette production facilities. From the brewing area to the fermentation room, as well as the bakery.

    Your guide will explain to you how beer is brewed and what are the particularities of a project like Mazette. 

    Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting of 4 different beers and to treat yourself to a famous homemade Pottekeis served with Mazette sourdough bread.

    In short, you will spend an incredibly convivial moment in a one of kind workshop, run by people who are as passionate as they are cheerful! 

    So, are you tempted? We are!

    Meet Boris and his team

    Baker Brewer

    Boris is an urban planner and architect by training, and a Brusselsman with a passion for conviviality and the art of living! 

    He worked for a long time in project management for various public authorities, but deep down he always dreamed of opening a place in his beloved city. 

    At the end of 2018, he met Yorick, a brewer-baker, and became friends over a team dinner at their sports club. They talk at length about the possibility of collaborating on a common project. In 2019, they set off on a trip to meet the craftsmen in Europe. The project took shape over the months, and Mazette was born a few months later. 

    Mazette is a concentration of passionate people where bread, beer and seasonal products are highlighted on a daily basis. 

    Everything that is made at Mazette is meant to be eaten there. Boris is now in charge of the cooperative life and management of Mazette!

    Excellent moment passé au Mazette en compagnie de Pierre. L'endroit est superbe tout comme le projet porté ainsi que les bières et le pain !! Je recommande fortement !

    Super endroit avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la dégustation et les explications de Pierre étaient accessibles à tous et très intéressantes . Félicitations pour votre beau projet.

    Expérience très intéressante que je recommande. Pierre nous a fait voyager dans un univers parallèle grâce à la connaissance de son métier et aux anecdotes liés aux différentes bières que nous avons goûté.

    Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Mazette, je recommande! C'est un très beau lieu avec un très beau projet et les bières artisanales qui ne sont vendues que sur place valent le détour!
