Immerse yourself in the world of stained glass with a workshop led by Margaux. In a friendly atmosphere, you'll learn the basics of the Tiffany technique to create a unique 15x15cm stained glass window.
The experience begins with an introduction to the tools and essential stages of the art of stained glass. Margaux will introduce you to the Tiffany method of crimping the glass with a copper band to create an original play of light.
You will then move on to choosing the glass colours and designing your stained glass window. Four colours and several models are available to help you create your own unique piece.
Now it's time to get practical! You will cut the glass to size using a template, then sand each piece to achieve perfect contours. Once you've applied the copper ribbon, you'll learn how to solder the pieces with tin to consolidate your creation.
Finally, Margaux will help you with the finishing touches to make your stained glass even more beautiful. At the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a piece of your own work, ready to light up your home!

Stained glass artist
Margaux began her artistic journey in Belgium at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels, where she studied sculpture and received her Master's degree with distinction.
However, this was just the start of her creative exploration! She quickly delved into the use of light to add an extra dimension to her artistic work.
Her passion led her to the captivating world of stained glass, where she learned the craft's techniques and secrets from a master stained glass artist before starting her own business.
Through her stained glass creations, Margaux is able to represent invisible phenomena to the naked eye and make them accessible to everyone. Her work is a celebration of the history and tradition of stained glass, infused with her own modern creativity.
Her exceptional vision and mastery of the stained glass craft have earned her numerous prestigious awards and exhibitions, including the Boghossian Foundation Prize in 2021 and an exhibition at Villa Empain.
