Plumassière and ornithologist, Emmanuelle is a passionate artisan!
As a child, she was always a collector. Her room was a little museum full of pebbles and feathers.
This devotion motivated her to turn to plumasserie. After graduating in textile design at ENSAV ( National School of Visual Arts of La Cambre), she wanted to do a job that was close to nature and textile design. Plumasserie ticked all the boxes!
She started working in different workshops to learn the craft before embarking on a course in ornithology.
Today, she is one of the two plumassières in Belgium and is looking forward to welcoming you to her studio!
Wecandoo geeft iedereen de kans om een workshop te ervaren in het atelier van een lokale ambachtsman of -vrouw, om samen een eigen unieke creatie te maken. Een bijzondere ervaring waar je een vaardigheid kan ontdekken met gepassioneerde vakmensen en je eigen creativiteit kunt laten spreken.
