Embroider your own brooch to add colour and fantasy to your life!
On arrival, you will be welcomed with a drink to immerse yourself in the relaxed atmosphere of the workshop. Charlène will take you through the various steps of the embroidery workshop.
As soon as you discover the basics of embroidery, the magic happens. Your creation will be brought to life with a wooden drum, silky threads in shimmering colours and stitches. Choose the design to embroider on your brooch - let your imagination run wild!
Now you can begin to make your own design and let your creativity flow! Enjoy watching your unique brooch take shape before your eyes, stitch by stitch.
Once your embroidery is finished, you will carefully cut it out and glue it to felt. A pin will be inserted so that you can wear your brooch proudly on all your outfits.
You will leave the workshop with a unique brooch, embroidered by your own hand, adding a personal touch to your style!

Textile designer
Charlène is a talented artist who has taken an amazing journey to achieve her dreams!
Her academic background reflects her commitment and passion for textiles: a Master's degree in Knitwear Design from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels, a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from the Haute École Francisco Ferrer, also in Brussels, and a BTS in Textile Design from the École Supérieure des Arts Appliqués et du Textile in Roubaix.
After a difficult period in her professional life, the textile designer launched her own brand. Through her experience in the fashion industry, she became aware of the harmful effects of this industry on the environment.
She then chose to follow her lifelong passion for design, using only local and recycled materials to give life to her drawings, decorative objects, textiles and candles.
Her brand Contrastes art & design is named after the importance of contrasts in artistic creation. The designer believes that contrasts allow her to highlight a creation's different facets and evoke emotions in people.
Charlène uses her skills in textile design, styling, knitting and candle-making to create unique and inspiring creations. She is a curious, playful, creative and multi-talented person who likes to share her skills through workshops!

Super atelier broderie (broche) avec Charlène! Un tout grand merci pour l'atelier (tant broderie que création de broche avec de la feutrine) et tous tes précieux conseils! Je vais pouvoir commencer mes bottes de Noël ;)

Merci bcp Charlène, nous avons passé un super moment et adoré apprendre toutes les techniques de base de la broderie, tout en stimulant notre créativité ! Nous sommes rentrées chez nous avec de très belles broches et surtout une grande envie de continuer à broder :)
