  • In this workshop hosted by Elisa and Fabiano, founders of Cremoloso Gelato, participants will gain an understanding of the craft behind Italian gelato and sorbet. The session begins with a succinct exploration of the history, seamlessly transitioning into a hands-on practical demonstration. During this interactive segment, participants will engage in crafting two pre-selected flavors, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience.

    The experience is both informative and interactive, guiding participants through the selection of quality ingredients and the essential churning process that defines the texture of genuine gelato.

    The workshop culminates in the creation of a simple yet elegant gelato cake, showcasing the techniques learned. Each participant will depart with their own gelato cake, a culmination of their newfound knowledge, ready to enjoy with others.

    The essence of Cremoloso lies in its use of fresh components, coupled with an innovative spirit that continually experiments with new flavours and blends. The duos' dedication to excellence is reflected in their meticulous selection process for ingredients.
