Embark on a journey under the Sardinian sun with Federica!
She will be thrilled to welcome you to a workshop dedicated to the cuisine of her native region. After introductions, she will start with a theoretical introduction to transalpine gastronomy, as well as pasta-making. You'll uncover the many codes that surround this globally recognised tradition!
Next, you'll step into the hands-on phase of the workshop. Federica will guide you through ingredient preparation, then into the creation of the dough for the dish of the day, like culurgiones, stuffed with a mixture of sheep cheese and mint. You'll also learn to create a delicious filling and/or a seasonal sauce.
Always under the watchful eye of the artisan, you'll roll out the dough, then use the pasta machine. If you've never made this type of recipe before, no worries! Federica will be there to provide valuable tips and answer your questions.
Once the pasta is cooked, you'll sit down for the best part of the workshop: the tasting! This will be your chance to exchange thoughts with the artisan and fellow participants about this fantastic experience, all while looking forward to recreating the recipe at home!

Ontmoet Federica
Chef
Federica grew up in Sardinia, on these lands where cuisine and pasta reign. She left her native island in 2008, heading for Brussels, where she settled for her studies and later work.
After several years as an adult educator in the non-profit and cultural sector, Federica decided to reconnect with her lifelong passion. She initially revisited the recipes she used to make with her mother to start her own business in 2020. She then enrolled in a professional cooking course in Bologna, from which she graduated in 2022.
Today, Federica offers a variety of workshops dedicated to Italian cuisine, particularly pasta-making. Her goal? To share its secrets and her deep passion for her country's gastronomy during friendly and utterly delicious sessions!
